Authenticity Over Volume
We would rather lose a member than keep a fake. Every profile is photo-verified and manually reviewed. In 2025 we removed 4,200+ accounts that did not pass - and we tell drivers exactly when we do it.
We are not Silicon Valley people who think a 200-mile commute sounds cool. We are former drivers, dispatchers, and trucking-family kids who got tired of watching good drivers strike out on apps built for office workers.
Matstiming exists for one reason: to make trucker dating actually work. Over-the-road life is hard enough - you should not also have to explain Hours of Service to someone three times before they ghost you. We built a trucker dating site where the audience already gets the job, the schedule, and the lifestyle.
Our promise to every trucker single who joins is short: verified profiles, route-aware matching, and zero tolerance for the catfish nonsense that sank platforms like Date Truckers. We would rather have 12,000 real members than 200,000 ghosts.
We are not building a swipe game. We are building a network for the people who keep America moving - and the women who want to share the road with them. - The Matstiming Team
Every product decision passes through one filter: does this make life easier for a driver on a 10-hour break in Amarillo at 11pm? If the answer is no, it does not ship. That is why we have Shift Chat Mode, Route Matching, Stopover Connect, and a verification process that drivers actually trust.
FOUNDED 2026 • SPRINGFIELD, MO
The idea started in a booth at a Pilot off I-44 outside Springfield, Missouri. Two of our co-founders - one a former owner-operator with 18 years on the road, one a logistics dispatcher - were comparing notes on why every dating app their driver friends used was a disaster.
The pattern was always the same: profile gets filtered out the moment a driver mentions trucking, or the match disappears the second they hear "I am on the road for 21 days at a stretch." The blue-collar lifestyle was being treated like a deal-breaker on platforms designed for people who go home at 5pm.
So in early 2026 we built the opposite. A trucker dating site where the audience self-selects in - women who love truckers, CDL drivers looking for serious relationships, owner-operators ready to find a co-pilot. By spring we were live. By summer we had 12,000 verified members and a 4.7-star driver rating. Today we are still small, still independent, and still built by people who can name every truck stop on I-80 from memory.
Three principles guide every feature, every moderation decision, and every line of copy on this platform.

Driving an 18-wheeler is skilled work. Owner-operators run small businesses. We treat trucking as the career it is, not as a quirky background detail. No corporate-speak, no looking down at the rig.
Your location, your route, your home time - yours. We never share real-time GPS, never sell member data, and let you control exactly what other members can see about your active haul.
We were built for one specific audience - OTR drivers, owner-operators, flatbed and Big Rig haulers, fans of Mack, Peterbilt, Kenworth and GMC, plus the women who actively look for them. Every feature reflects that focus.
Route Matching surfaces members along I-80, I-10, I-35, I-40 and every major corridor - not just within a 25-mile radius of your home ZIP.
Shift Chat Mode queues messages while you drive and delivers them when you hit your 10-hour break. No 24-hour unmatch timers punishing you for crossing time zones.
Roughly one-in-four of our members are women who specifically want to date a trucker. They are not going to swipe you off because of the rig - that is exactly why they joined.
Lightweight mobile interface tested on weak truck-stop Wi-Fi and patchy rural LTE. Loads fast, drains less battery, and works the way drivers actually use phones.
